Vanilla Latte Brown Butter brownies
Here’s the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 cup of white sugar
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 full egg
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp vanilla syrup
1 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup chocolate
1 cup of unsalted butter
2 tbsp milk powder
1/2 cup ap flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Heat up your butter in a pan until bubbling and golden brown. Add in the milk powder and stir it until well combined and no lumps. Remove from heat.
2. To the brown butter, add in your chocolate and cocoa powder and stir until well incorporated and the chocolate is melted.
2. In a separate bowl, add your sugars and the eggs and give it a good whisk until most of the sugar granules have dissolved. Add in the vanilla extract and syrup and mix well.
3. After the brown butter chocolate mixture has cooled slightly, slowly whisk it into the sugar mixture. Be sure to whisk as your pouring the hot chocolate in.
4. Add in the instant coffee and your oil and stir.
5. Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well until there are no lumps and all the flour is incorporated.
6. Transfer to a greased/parchment lined pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly dirty from the center of the brownies.
