「水筒カバー 手作り」で探してる人って、だいたい“ミシンなしで簡単”“家にあるもので”“バッグが濡れない”が目的なことが多い気がします。私もまさにそれで、結露したペットボトルや冷たい水筒をそのまま入れて、バッグの中が湿っぽくなるのがプチストレスでした。 そこで便利だったのが、手ぬぐいを使った“巻くだけ水筒（ペットボトル）カバー”。縫わないから失敗しにくいし、必要なときだけサッと作れて、使い終わったらほどいて洗えるのが良かったです。 作り方はシンプルで、ポイントは「ななめに置いて底をかぶせる」こと。手ぬぐいの端に水筒（またはペットボトル）の底をのせて少しかぶせたら、くるくる巻いていきます。巻き終わったら立てて、上に余った布を“くるん”と返すように折り込み、形を整えたら完成。折り返した部分が口元を覆ってくれるので、水滴が外に出にくくなります。 私が使ってみて特に助かったのはこの3つです。 ・バッグが濡れにくい：結露の水滴を手ぬぐいが受け止めてくれて安心 ・目じるしになる：同じボトルでも「自分のがすぐ分かる」のが地味に便利 ・汎用性が高い：外した手ぬぐいをそのままタオル代わりに使える（汗拭き・手洗い後・ちょい拭き） さらに、レジャーや通勤だと“予備タオル”が欲しい場面が多いので、手ぬぐいをカバー兼タオルにしておくと荷物が増えにくいです。日差しが強い日は、首元にかけたり、ちょっとした日よけとしても使えて意外と万能でした。 コツとしては、薄手の手ぬぐいだと巻きやすく乾きも早いこと。逆に厚手だとゴワつくので、巻く回数を少なめにしたり、短めに折ってから使うと扱いやすいです。もし家で使ってない手ぬぐいが眠ってたら、まずは1本で試してみるのがおすすめです。
