Sourdough discard cinnamon rolls 🥰

⭐️Overall rating: 10/10

Preheat oven to 425 F

Mix

2 1/2 cups flour

1 Tablespoon sugar

4 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup softened butter

1 tsp salt (combine all above ingredients)

Add in

1/2 cup sourdough discard

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg.

Filling

1cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

1/2 stick softened butter

Cream cheese frosting While rolls bake combine 1/2 cup butter

3 oz cream cheese

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Frost rolls while still warm:

Mix ingredients then pour into floured surface and roll outs dough

Spread 1/2 cup of melted butter across surface of dough innamon rolls

Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar mixture on top of buttered dough and roll Use floss or string to cut inch thick roll

Place in greased pan and bake for 16 minutes
