Lemon Posset Brûlée 🍋🫧🫖🍵

Who is a lemon slave? I like the smell, I like the taste, I like it all. This menu is my favorite snack on the shelf. Easy to make. Little raw materials and super delicious. 💛

- 160 grams of whipped cream

- 35 grams of sugar

- 20 grams of lemon juice
