High Protein Dessert (Healthier option)

No bake high protein dessert & a healthier option for a sweet tooth craving. Takes literally less than two minutes to make.

Ingredients:

~ 1 tub of sugar free cool whip (the original is fine as well)

~ 5.3oz of yogurt (I used Oikos and put the whole individual sold yogurt cup which is why I put 5.3oz. You can use more if you want).

~ 1 tablespoon of chocolate pudding mix.

~ 2 tablespoons of GF heath bar pieces (this part is also optional. Chocolate chips want any other topping of your liking would work).

Directions:

Add the yogurt to the Cool Whip tub and mix until consistency seems blended. Then add the pudding mix and mix until consistently blended. Then add your toppings if you would like. After put in the freezer for at least an hour, it will give a softer ice cream texture. 😊
