i told yall i’m not playing any games this time the weight has got to go. some changes that i have made are working out even when i don’t feel like it, making sure i take my supplements daily, making sure im in a calorie deficit & eating more plants.

currently im on a plant based diet so we will see what happens over the next few weeks.

as far as my mental health i’m feeling pretty great and losing weight naturally is a confidence boost for me because i didn’t think i could do it but it turns out i can 🙌🏾
