Let's talk about expanding our savory high-volume snack repertoire. While raw veggies are always a winner – think crunchy bell pepper strips, crisp celery, or sweet cherry tomatoes – you can elevate them with a light dip made from Greek yogurt and herbs. And for something a bit different, have you ever tried hearts of palm? They're surprisingly filling, have a mild taste, and are fantastic cut into rounds or spears, seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
