Sugar is one of the most addictive things majority of us are addicted to and most of us don’t even realize it! The effects it has on our bodies is shocking and the sooner we realize it, the sooner we can cleanse our bodies of it! Remember, the sugar that is harmful is artificial sugar (in most packaged items), but natural sugars are the sugars that are good for us/need (ex: in fruits).

Remember to adjust properly. A tip to get started to make it easier for you is not to go cold turkey on sugar right away, wean off of it slowly by maybe cutting a little out each day u til you feel like you can make a whole day without it, then go from there!
