The peanut butter blossoms also stand out due to their simplicity and delightful combination of soft cookie dough with a melty Hershey kiss center—a real crowd-pleaser. Making peanut butter fudge was a bit of an adventurous experiment for me, but the creamy texture and the rich flavor from the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter blend made it incredibly satisfying. The key is to carefully boil the sugar and evaporated milk mixture to the right temperature before mixing in the fluff and peanut butter. I find cooling it thoroughly in a greased pan helps it set perfectly, resulting in smooth, cuttable fudge squares. The Christmas crack made with saltine crackers, brown sugar, butter caramel, and chocolate chips is an addictive blend of sweet and salty flavors. The process of layering crackers, pouring the caramelized sugar mixture, and then melting chocolate on top produces a treat that’s both visually appealing and delicious. I’ve made this recipe multiple times, and it never fails to be a hit at holiday parties.
