Universal Powder 200 g

1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder

1 / 4 teaspoon baking soda

Part 2

Fresh, fresh butter 140 g

Brown sugar 55 g

30 g white sugar

Salt meal 2 g

Part 3

1 chicken egg

Vanilla scent 3 g

Part 4

Dark Chocolate 70-80 g (Intensity at will)

Dark chocolate 90 g (we use dark chocolate 70%)

Weep cream 120 g

(Anyone who is lazy to make chocolate ganache, try using it as a ready-sold chocolate peanut butter instead. We used to use Paweenee's. It's good, but maybe you have to reduce the sugar in part 2.)

How to do it

1, take part 1 and glide once and set aside.

2 Come on. Part 2. Start with the butter to melt in the microwave. When the butter is melted, bring both sugars and salt mixed together to melt completely. Anyone with a hand mixer can use it.

3 Bring the eggs and the scent of Nila and mix them in part 2, whisk them together.

4 When the egg is beaten well, add the flour in part 1 and stool it together. When there is little white flour, mix the chocolate in part 4 so that the powder is not seen.

5 Bring cookies to rest in the fridge at least 12hr

6 Take the whipped cream in part 5, heat the microwave, then add the chocolate, melt the hair completely, then pour in a silicone ice holder to a weight of 35g each, or anyone without refrigeration enough to set it, and use a spoon to scoop the ice cream, small size, about 35g each.

7 Bring out of the fridge for a moment until the dows are soft enough to mold them. Divide the dows into six loaves weighing 85-90g each.

8 Put the chocolate filling in the middle and make the cookies round.

9. Bake at 170-175 c, about 15 minutes.
