Strawberry Brownies

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies

Ingredients (Brownie):

1 1/2 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Flour

2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chip

3/4 Teaspoon Salt

2 Eggs

3/4 Cup Canola Oil

1/4 Cup Water

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Ganache:

2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Strawberry Buttercream:

1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (Softened)

1 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Cup Dried Strawberry (Chopped)

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 Drops Rose Food Coloring

2 Tablespoon Heavy Cream

Optional: Dark Chocolate syrup and fresh strawberry for garnish.

-Preheat oven to 325F.

-For brownies, whisk all dry ingredients together in medium bowl and set aside.

-In another medium bowl, whisk all wet ingredients.

-Fold the flour mixture into the the wet mix until just combined. (Mix will be thicc).

-Add the batter to your prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

-For frosting, combine ingredients in mixture until smooth.

-Frost cooled brownies and set aside.

-For ganache, heat heavy cream to scolding.

-Pour heated cream into chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes.

-Stir until smooth and pour over brownies, cool brownies completely.
