No tempo titration no system regulation!

Doing a 2- count binary pattern at too high of a speed (BPM) will put you into strong sympathetic signaling (fight or flight)… The opposite of calming or balanced
Now if high excitement is your goal then you're good--but if you're hoping not to release a bunch of cortisol and adrenaline into your system as you workout, you NEED tempo titration.
Polykinetics is one of the only fitness systems on the planet that utilizes patterning + tempo titration to prevent injury and improve results-to-effort ratios.
