📘 What is NotebookLM? How to make it easier to work?

The highlight is that we upload our own data (such as PDF files, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, or URLs) and the AI will help us summarize, explain, analyze, and answer questions from them immediately.

1. 📂 Upload Data (Sources)

Support: PDF, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and URL. We put files / links in → AI will read all and help answer questions. Easy to use: Add source → Select file / link

2. 🤖 Q & A (Q & A from data)

Type questions such as: "Summary of Chapter 2 is easy to understand," "Which is the most important topic in this document?," "If you want to do a five-minute presentation, how should you tell the story?," NotebookLM will only answer from our file (not answering from Google Search).

3. 📝 Notebook Guide (Content Brief / Creator Wizard)

Select the ready-made mode, such as: Study Guide → Make a summary Read the exam, Lesson Plan → Make a lesson plan, FAQ → Create a set of questions-answers, Briefing Doc → Make a brief summary document Just choose Mode → AI Create Auto Content

4. 🔍 Automatic Insight

NotebookLM offers its own Insights such as: Key Points, Thematic Summary, Thinking Questions, or Use to View All Read-Free Fast Data

5. 🎤 Audio Overview (Newest)

AI will create a short, voice-over podcast from our documents to understand the content without reading it yourself. Suitable for listening to travel time summaries.

6. 🔗 Share Notebook

The entire notebook can be shared with friends / staff, used to collaborate or send finalized tasks to others.

7. 🧠 Use AI as a "personal tutor."
