Baked chicken with rice & carrots

So I’ve been working on eating healthier and it’s definitely been paying off! So far I’ve been able to lose 3lbs by cutting down on carbs, sugar, and fried foods. I have also been working on eating before 8:30 PM, which is something my body is still getting used to, but it makes a really big difference. I hope this post encourages someone to eat healthier and create healthier habits.
