Ganache:

▢ ½ cup heavy cream

▢ 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

▢ 1 tsp butter

Instructions:

Bake:

Whisk dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients separately.

Combine, then stream in hot coffee.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 mins.

Ganache:

Heat cream to simmer, pour over chocolate + butter.

Stir until glossy. Cool slightly.

Finish:

Dip cupcakes in ganache.

Top with chocolate chunks immediately.
