Orange-Glazed Beef Bites with Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
500g (1 lb) beef cubes (sirloin/stew meat)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh orange chunks
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey/brown sugar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Fresh rosemary + chives
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Sear beef in hot oil until browned (4-5 mins). Season.
Glaze: Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar. Simmer 2-3 mins until sticky.
Toss in oranges just 1 min to warm.
Garnish with herbs.
Pro Tip: Serve over rice to soak up the citrus-soy glaze!
Best served over fluffy jasmine rice or garlic mashed potatoes to soak up all that sweet-savory glaze.
