Salt + pepper

Bake at 450 for 30-40 mins

Meat Base:

16 oz lean meat

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp sage

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt

Bake at 400 for 8-10 mins

Egg Base:

650g egg whites

3 eggs

200g cottage cheese

Bake at 400 for 25-30 mins

Sauce:

400g Greek yogurt

50g hot sauce

Salt, pepper, + garlic
