Rice Noodles with Ground Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

• 200g rice noodles

• 250g ground beef

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• 1 onion (chopped)

• 1 bell pepper (sliced)

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tbsp oyster sauce

• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions:

1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

4. Stir in bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything well.

6. Toss in cooked rice noodles and stir until fully combined.
