Today I ate in a small calorie deficit. I ate for a half lb weight loss per week. I really enjoy mcdonald’s, so the meal was worth it, even if I didn’t have calories left for a sweet treat at the end of the night. There’s always tomorrow! To add, it’s okay to enjoy foods you love in moderation.
