Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:

-Shredded chicken

-Monterey jack cheese

-Siete verde enchilada sauce

-Sour cream

-Salt

-Pepper

-Garlic powder

-Cumin

-Chipotle powder

-Small flour Tortillas

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, monterey jack cheese, spices, sour cream and some enchilada sauce. Mix thoroughly together.

In a 9x13 baking dish, spread some enchilada sauce across the bottom of the pan, then fill each of your tortillas with the chicken filling, and roll tightly. Continue until all enchiladas are rolled.

Top with the remainder of enchilada sauce and more cheese.

Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and enchiladas are heated through.
