Shrimp 🍤 Sheet Pan Fajitas

Preheat that oven to 425°, and line your baking sheet with foil and parchment paper.

Ingredients:

-4 yellow bell peppers, sliced into strips

-4 orange bell peppers, sliced into strips

-1 white onion, sliced into strips

-2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined

- @sietefoods spicy taco seasoning

-garlic powder

-salt to taste

-diced cilantro

Sides:

Cilantro lime rice (basmati rice, cumin, juice of one lime and salt)

Bake for 25 minutes, add the shrimp and bake for another 10. Perfect for fajita meal prep for the week!
