Airfried chicken with homemade ricotta gnocchi

Gnocchi is super simple:

1 and 1/4 cup flour

1 cup ricotta

1 egg

Salt (optional)

Combine into a dough and form small balls. Boil until they float (about 2-3 minutes)

I roasted zucchini with Italian seasoning, garlic, and olive oil and mixed that with the gnocchi along with a little bit of shredded cheese. So good and about 300 calories per serving (1/4 of the gnocchi)
