My go-to rub combines garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried rosemary, a pinch of chili flakes, and a good sprinkle of flaky sea salt – like Portuguese Flor de Sal if you have it! Just rub it generously all over the lamb chops and let them sit for at least 30 minutes, or even better, overnight in the fridge. If you prefer a wet marinade, try whisking together some olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, a splash of Nakano Rice Vinegar for tenderness, and black pepper. This really infuses the meat with flavor, ensuring those lamb chops are packed with taste from the first bite. Getting that perfect 'pink interior' is key for succulent lamb!
