Ingredients:

Mix together…

5 large eggs

1cup of milk

1/4cup of heavy whipping cream

1/4cup sugar

Dash of salt

1tbsp vanilla

Spray non-stick spray or grease bottom of baking pan

Cut up half loaf of brioche & place however you’d like.

Pour mixture over bread

Use fruit of choice* optional *

Cut half a stick of butter and place all over the top

BETTER TO LEAVE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT WITH COVERAGE

Next day:

Preheat oven 350*

bake for 45mins or longer for firmer texture

And wallah✨

Top with powdered sugar, cinnamon or syrup
