Working out intensely can actually have the opposite effect on your body when it comes down to losing weight. I know you might think that no workout is a good workout unless you're exhausted afterwards, but that is not true. Our body doesn't make good decisions under high amounts of stress, so giving it rest and relaxation can actually help you feel at ease, and making it easier to create healthy eating habits.🍵

If you combine an active lifestyle with stopping when you're satisfied during your meals, I can guarantee that alone will already make a difference and a sustainable one! It just takes time to master, but it is so worth it!✨

Restricting yourself on literally anything will put your mind into a fight or flight mode. The only way to enjoy life is to learn how to make better habits for yourself also with the people you love, just learn how to work with it! 🤝

Costco haul that helped me lose 100lbs in 10months
I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
