Chicken Stir Fry - Spoonie Edition

Is there cheaper or healthier or better ways to good this? Probably yes but as a chronically ill SAHM mom of 5 with ADHD who runs their business out of their home too- I don’t have the executive functioning or capacity to preplan and prepare properly. And as someone whose chronically Ill and is sensitive to a lot of products and chemicals, I need to be careful what I eat. I eat low carb, low processed foods, low/no caffeine, low/no dairy, no red meats, no seed oils. Lots of veggies. Not trying to lose weight just trying to lose inflammation. 💪
