Easy coconut milk fish recipe with peppers and tomato | quick dinner idea 🐾
Ingredients:
• 2 white fish fillets
• 1/2 green bell pepper
• 1/2 orange bell pepper
• 1/4 onion
• 1 tomato
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1/4 cup water
• Olive oil
• Sazon, adobo, salt, pepper
Directions:
1. Season fish + sear 3 to 4 min each side, set aside
2. Cook onion 2 to 3 min, add tomato paste
3. Add coconut milk + water, simmer
4. Add fish back, cook through
5. Add peppers + tomato, cook 2 to 3 min
