Read more私が作った「チョコパイ手形ケーキ」、手形が一発でキレイに決まると思ってたのに全然うまくいかなくて…結果テイク5くらいになりました(笑)。でも“焼かない&レンジだけ”で完結するので、イベント(バレンタイン・誕生日・記念日)にかなり使いやすいです。 ■チョコパイ手形ケーキの超ざっくり手順(洗い物少なめ) ・チョコパイ4つに牛乳小さじ2を入れてレンチン ・全体がなじむまで混ぜて(ここが一番大事)、形を整える ・ラップで包んで、上から手形を押してもらう ・手形のくぼみに溶かしたホワイトチョコを流し込む ・冷蔵庫で1時間くらい冷やして完成 ※ボウルを使わず“全部レンチンOKの器”で混ぜると、洗い物が減ってラクでした。 ■「チョコパイ 手形」がうまくいくコツ 1) 押すのは“寝てるとき”が正解かも 起きてると手も足も動いちゃって難易度高め。寝てる間にそっと押すと成功率が上がりそうです。 2) 生地が熱すぎる/ゆるすぎると崩れる レンチン直後は柔らかくて穴が開きやすいので、少し冷ましてから。逆に冷えすぎると割れやすいので「まとまって指にべたつきすぎない」くらいが目安でした。 3) ラップは厚めに&シワを減らす ラップのシワが模様になりやすいので、ピンと張る感じで包むと見た目が整いやすいです。 4) “手形っぽさ”はホワイトチョコで盛れる くぼみが浅くても、ホワイトチョコを流すと輪郭が出てそれっぽくなりました。多少の失敗はここで救われます。 ■ロッテチョコパイのカロリーが気になる人へ 私が作った分は合計で約773kcalの“カロリー爆弾”でした…!なので、食べる量を決めてカットしたり、家族でシェアするのがおすすめ。個包装で用意できる分、「今日は記念日だからOK」にしやすいのもチョコパイの良さだなと思いました。 形が多少いびつでも、作ってる時間と動画が最高の思い出になりました。キレイさより“今だけの手の小ささ”を残す目的でぜひ試してみてください。
