My version of 75 hard 💪 less rigid commitment, focusing on taking it one week at a time.
• healthy, mindful, balanced meals w/shopping list
• calorie deficit
• each plate with carbs, good fats, veg
• some form of activity EVERY day (not everyone has to do 10k steps! this is not always realistic)
• at least 7 hours of sleep
• drink a ridiculous amount of water 💧
Here’s my 7-day meal plan for fat loss and muscle gain based on my needs, 1,600–1,800 kcal per day, with a macronutrient split of 120–140g protein, 140–180g carbs, and 50–60g fat per day.
3 Meals Per Day + 1 snack 😋 YOU CAN STILL HAVE FOODS YOU LOVE. Just practice intuitive eating and healthier swaps where possible.

Pairing these proteins with complex carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, quinoa, and whole grains will provide sustained energy throughout your workouts. Additionally, including healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, and olive oil can help with satiety and overall health.
A well-structured grocery list is crucial for meal prep, as it simplifies shopping and helps avoid impulsive purchases. Prioritize whole foods over processed options to maximize nutritional benefits. Moreover, staying well-hydrated is key—aim for at least 8-10 cups of water daily, and consider drinking water before meals to aid digestion and curb appetite.
Remember that recovery is just as important as nutrition. Allow your body sufficient rest and aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night to support muscle recovery and hormonal balance. Regular physical activity, not limited to just step counts, alongside mindful eating practices will pave the way toward achieving your body transformation goals.
