High-Protein French Omelette

Ingredients 🛒

• 2 large eggs

• 1/4 cup Gruyère, grated

• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 1/2 tsp chives, chopped

• 1 tbsp butter

Directions ✍️

• Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until well beaten.

• Stir in the Gruyère and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are evenly combined.

• Heat the butter on a non-stick pan over medium heat.

• Once the pan is hot, pour the eggs into the pan, swirling it around.

• Allow the eggs to cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.

• Using a spatula, carefully fold and roll the omelette at an angle until it’s completely folded.

• Place the omelette onto a plate and use a little butter to rub on top of the omelette. Sprinkle with additional parsley and enjoy!
