DOWN 7 lbs!!!

🌟 FIRST WEEK🌟… of my 30 day challenge (I’m also doing a 75 soft)—

The first week of shifting into making better choices you also drop the most weight —alot of it water weight but around here a win is a win!

I don’t expect to drop as much with my second week but I certainly won’t be in the 200s!

🥸first day or two was smoother than 3-4.. I mean the cravings really set in. Something that has helped me is eating a balanced meal starting the day off. I feel like my blood sugar levels really appreciate that and I feel satiated longer.

☺️ There is a SUPPLEMENT that I used a couple times to help with supporting my blood sugar levels and controlling my appetite but I took it maybe twice and now on day 7 alot of those cravings have naturally subsided.

🙂 Please note👉🏾My goal weight is 140 by the end of the year. After my 30 day challenge I will bring back carbs good for digestion etc right now I’m just enjoying salads at least once a day, meats and veggies and a low carb consumption.

What really helped me maintain my progress was making sure to start each day with a balanced breakfast. While I only used it a couple of times, it made a noticeable difference in easing my cravings during the toughest days. I’m currently focusing on low-carb meals, mainly salads, meats, and vegetables, which has not only helped me shed initial water weight but also made me feel more energized. It’s important to note that after completing my 30-day challenge, I plan to reintroduce healthy carbs that aid digestion, striking a balance that supports overall wellness. Consistency is key, and tracking small wins, like losing 7 lbs in one week, keeps me motivated. The first week tends to show the largest drop largely due to water weight, but every step forward counts. If you’re considering a similar challenge, I recommend listening to your body, staying hydrated, and nourishing yourself with nutrient-rich foods. Remember, weight loss is a gradual process, and the goal should always be sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I’ll be checking in as I continue my journey and hope my experience can inspire others striving for healthier lifestyles.
