If you’ve never made pizza dough before—this is your sign. It’s SO simple and comes out perfect every time 🤍

Ingredients:

• 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

• 1 ½ cups warm water

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix warm water + sugar + yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix into a dough.

3. Knead 8–10 minutes (or ~5 minutes in a mixer) until smooth.

4. Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes, until doubled.

5. Divide dough, stretch into pizza shape.

6. Add sauce + toppings.

7. Bake at 475°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly 🔥

Tip: Pre-bake the crust for 3–4 minutes if you like it a little crispier!
