Benefits of a high protein lifestyle for fat loss

The biggest change I made to my eating habits, outside of a calorie deficit, was switching to a high protein lifestyle. It’s a change that I have sustained over the past 3 years! I focus on high protein, a good carb source and veggies for 80% of the food I eat.

If you’re unsure about how many grams you should eat daily, then take .8 and multiply it by your body weight or goal weight. It might seem like a high number, so start by making sure each of your meals have about 20-30 grams of protein.
