Stuffed bell peppers for lunch 😋

Now I normally eat 2, so I’d recommend getting 3 of the 3 packs to be able to prep for 4 days with one extra pepper. This is literally something that can take 30 mins TOPS, and boom you have lunch made for the week and only spent $20.
