Beef Tapa Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2.2 lbs beef sirloin, sliced thinly

• 1 bulb garlic, minced

• 3 tbsp sugar

• 2 tbsp vinegar

. 1/2 tsp pepper

• 1/2 cup toyomansi (soy sauce with calamansi)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine beef, garlic, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and toyomansi. Mix well to coat the beef evenly.

2. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator for the best flavor.

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the marinated beef in batches until browned and slightly caramelized.
