Enjoy a delicious and healthy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

You will need:

**For the Marinade:**

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

- 2 tbsp cornstarch

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

**For the Stir-Fry:**

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

- 3 cups broccoli florets

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced

- 1/2 cup beef broth

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp brown sugar

- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

- Cooked rice (for serving)

- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

- Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Directions:

1. **Marinate the Beef:**

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

- Add the sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. **Prepare the Stir-Fry:**

- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

- Add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. **Make the Sauce:**

- In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

- Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer.

- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

4. **Combine and Serve:**

- Return the beef and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.

- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.

- Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry over cooked rice.

- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
