Chicken Kettle Recipe with Shrimp Coconut Galangal Soup with Shrimp 🐔🦐

• 500 milliliters of water

• 150-200 milliliters of coconut milk

How to do

1.Boil Herbs: Put water into a pot, kettle, lemongrass and bergamot leaves until boiling and fragrant.

2. Add the chicken: Add the chicken to it. Boil until cooked for 5-7 minutes.

3. Insert Mushrooms: Insert Mushrooms and Listen to the Sound of Breast Boiling for 3-5 minutes

4.Seasoning: Add coconut milk, wet tamarind juice, sugar and salt.
