This week meal prep
Soooo…… didn’t portion out meals this week. Sometimes it easier to just give my family options and they can pick what they want.
On the menu is….
Roasted vegetables (potatoes, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts)
Spaghetti in meat sauce (ground turkey)
Sweet and spicy bbq meatballs
Egg salad
Pickled cucumber (I prefer fresh cucumber to pickles not sorry)
Grilled chicken
Homemade Tzatziki sauce
Mini chocolate chip muffins
And cornbread muffins
