What I eat in a day college edition
My pre workout breakfast is the best!!! Cinnamon Raisin GF Bread with Sunflower seed bread 🤌🏼🤭 AMAZING. Hits. Every. Time. (Both items can be found at Trader Joe’s)
Next, the breakfast bowl —> includes chicken, rice, black beans, cheese so so so yummmm (Costco)
My typical lunch … GF spinach wrap, turkey, carrots, meat stick, BoBo’s, madegood bars, and simple mills chocolate chip cookies!!!
Always for snack apple and sunflower seed bread.
For dinner, I found this recipe actually here in Lemon8. It’s like smash hamburger tacos. It was delicious and super easy to make!!
