Apple Crumble Cake 🍎

🍎 15cm bottomed round

② Boil the apples
Kougyoku: around 350g
(Cut the skewer into 4 equal parts)
Granulated sugar: 40 g
Unsalted butter: 10g

③ Cinnamon crumble (You can do it without it!)
Cake flour: 20g
Almond Poodle: 20g
Sugar: 10 g
Cinnamon: 1 g
Butter (dice): 15 g
Put everything in a plastic bag and stand by in the freezer.
Put it in a food processor.
If not, mix in a bowl.
Return to bag and refrigerate until use.
④ Making dough
Butter: 50 g
Sugar: 40 g
Egg: 50 g
Almond Poodle: 30g
Flour: 20 g
① Knead butter well with a rubber spatula
Add sugar and mix well.
Divide the eggs into 3 portions and mix quickly each time.
(If you are not used to it, use a whipper)
③ Add almond poodle and mix.
④ Switch to a rubber spatula,
Add the shaken powder and mix to cut,
Add apples and mix lightly.
⑤ Put the dough in a mold and smooth the surface.
⑥ Drop the mold on the table about 3 times and remove the air
Scatter the crumble.
⑦ Bake at 180 ℃ for 45-50 minutes.
When baked, remove from the mold and remove the rough heat on the net.
