• more protein + fibre in my meals

• 3L water daily — non-negotiable

• move my body every single day (in whatever way I can)

• sleep hygiene (phone OFF earlier)

These are not dramatic.

These are not extreme.

These are not trends.

They’re just simple things I can sustain forever.

And that’s what’s actually helping me drop weight — without feeling deprived.
