Increasing protein intake

Protein is so so important for our gut & hormones, but it’s one of the macros that seems soo hard to get enough of.

Many of the times it’s not because we don’t WANTS to eat it, it’s just we’re not always prepared (as its more time consuming to cook vs just making a wrap per se!)

Above are some of my top tips that help me get in ~130g of protein a day. Once you start eating more protein, you’ll start to feel amazingggg!!

Make sure to include a variety of these in your diet to ensure that you are not only meeting your protein requirements but also benefiting from a wide range of nutrients. With strategic planning, achieving a goal of consuming around 130g of protein daily can be both manageable and enjoyable.
