What you’ll need:
• 1–2 ripe peaches 🍑 (halved and pitted)
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or fat-free milk for creamier glaze)
• Dash of cinnamon (optional but 🔥)
• Spray oil or light butter spray for grilling
🔥 How to make it:
1. Prep your peaches:
• Slice peaches in half and remove the pits.
• Lightly spray the cut side with oil or butter spray.
2. Grill ‘em up:
• Heat a grill pan, outdoor grill, or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
• Place peaches cut-side down and grill for 2–4 minutes until you get nice grill marks and the flesh softens a bit. Flip and grill the skin side for 1–2 more minutes.
3. Make the protein glaze:
• In a small bowl, mix 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder with 2–3 tbsp of milk (add it slowly to avoid lumps).
• Stir until smooth, thick but pourable — like a yogurt consistency.
• Add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra warmth.
4. Assemble:
• Plate your warm grilled peaches.
• Drizzle the protein glaze generously over the top.
• Optional: sprinkle extra cinnamon, slivered almonds, or a tiny dash of honey if you like it sweeter.
