Fluffy and juicy hamburger
🍳 (2 servings / 4 hamburgers)
[Hamburger steak]
・ Ground beef and pork: 400g
・ Onion... 1 (chopped)
・ Bread crumbs... 1 / 2 cup
· Milk... tablespoon 4
・ Egg... 1 piece
· Mayonnaise... tablespoon 2 (secret taste & fluffy effect)
・ Salt and pepper... a little
[For baking]
• Vegetable oil... 1 spoon spoon
• Water... tablespoon 2
[Easy! Donkey style sauce]
・ 3 spoon of soy sauce
・ 2 tablespoons of mirin
・ Sake: tablespoon 1
1 spoon of sugar
・ Worcestershire sauce 1 spoon spoon
Butter: 10 g
· Garlic (tube is OK)... 1 cm
How to make
① Make seeds
1. Mix bread crumbs + milk and soak! (Moist effect)
2. Put minced onion and minced meat in a frying pan.
Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise and knead well with your hands.
4. Finally, add the bread crumbs + egg that sucked the milk and knead further!
5. Mold round
② How to bake to trap gravy
1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburger steak over medium heat!
2. 3 minutes on one side → Turn over when browned!
3. Reduce heat to low, add water, cover and steam for 7 minutes

1. Put all the sauce ingredients in a frying pan and boil lightly over medium heat!
2. When the butter melts and becomes a little thick, it's done!

私も家でジューシーハンバーグをよく作るのですが、このレシピのポイントはマヨネーズを隠し味に加えること。これで肉がふわふわになり、食感が格段にアップします。 パン粉を牛乳でしっかりふやかすのも重要ですね。これにより肉汁がしっかり閉じ込められ、焼き上がりがジューシーに仕上がります。丸く成形して空気を抜く作業も忘れずに行うことで、焼いている時に中の水分が逃げずに美味しくなります。 焼き方もポイントです。最初は中火でしっかり焼き色をつけ、そのあと弱火にして水を入れフタをし蒸し焼きにすることで、中までしっかり火が通りつつ柔らかさが残ります。忙しい時でもこの工程は簡単なのでおすすめです。 ソースも和風の甘めで、しょうゆ、みりん、酒、砂糖、ウスターソースを煮詰めてバターを溶かせばコクが生まれます。にんにくはチューブでもOKなので手軽に風味アップ! 私はこのレシピで家族に「びっくりドンキーより美味しい」と褒めてもらいました。自宅で本格的な味を楽しみたい方や、外食費を抑えたい方にぜひ試してほしいです。手軽で時短、でも満足できる、おうちごはんのおすすめです!
