Unhealthy grocery VS balanced

Now a lot of you are going to say the second cart is healthy and I am blind. However, I have been down that road. All that cart screams to me is an eating disorder. No, just eating broccoli and sprouts is not healthy. Fruits are a great source of vitamins and minerals but you also need a balanced serving of protein, carbs as well as fats.

In 2025 the US government is coming out with new dietary advice and a big part about it that everyone is biting their nails over is about ultra processed food.

After watching a BI documentary on this, I have decided to try making my ultraprocessed food staples at home- like granola. Obviously, there has to balance so I will indulge in a brownie or potato chips here and there. Also, we live in a world where ultra processed food is going to be a part of everyone’s diets. So might as well learn about balancing and complimenting other nutrients for our health.
