INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 cup Melted Butter

- 1 Egg at room temperature

- 1/2 cup White Granulated Sugar

- 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar

- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 cup Unbleached Flour

- 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

- 1/2 tsp Salt

Cinnamon Sugar Topping

- 1/4 cup White Granulated Sugar

- 2 tsp Cinnamon

📋 DIRECTIONS:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine butter, egg, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk together for a minute until fully combined.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, and salt.

4. Gently fold the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

5. Press the snickerdoodle dough mixture into whatever dish you’d like, make sure it’s nonstick or lined.
