Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan or use parchment paper
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and brown sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the vanilla extract, warmed milk, and vegetable oil to the egg mixture, and whisk until well combined.
