Prepare things
3-4 coriander roots
20 g garlic
Pepper can be worn as you like or not.
Coconut sugar 70 g
90 g shellfish sauce
50 g soy sauce
Seasoning sauce 25 g
This ratio ferments 1.5 kg of meat.
Blend all the ingredients well and mix them with the desired meat, fermenting them all over.
