Body Recomp

I did this without a personal trainer btw & u can too🤏🏾

5/25 Edited to

... Read moreBody recomposition is about simultaneously losing fat and gaining muscle, which can be challenging but rewarding. From my personal experience, consistency is the key. Without a personal trainer, I focused on disciplined workout routines combined with a balanced diet tailored to my goals. Tracking progress was also vital; I took photos and logged measurements to stay motivated. One effective strategy for body recomp is prioritizing resistance training 3-5 times a week, targeting different muscle groups to promote growth and metabolism. Alongside, incorporating moderate cardio helps maintain cardiovascular health without sacrificing muscle gains. Nutrition played a crucial role in my journey. I made sure to consume enough protein to support muscle synthesis, moderate carbs for energy, and healthy fats. I also practiced calorie cycling—eating slightly above maintenance on training days and slightly below on rest days—to optimize fat loss and muscle gain simultaneously. The phrase "POV: you stayed consistent for 4 months" resonates strongly; steady progress over time is more important than quick fixes. Patience and self-discipline allow your body to adapt and transform sustainably. Even without a professional coach, there are plenty of credible online resources, workout plans, and nutrition guides that can help you design your own program. Remember, every small step counts. Celebrate milestones, listen to your body, and adjust as needed. If you stay consistent and committed, impressive results are absolutely achievable.
