Skirt steak with Chimichurri
This had to be the BEST sauce ever! If you have any tips on making a skirt steak tender please leave it with ME!
I paired my skirt steak with green plantains/ tostones and white rice
Chimichurri ingredients 👩🍳:
1/2 bunch of Finely chopped parsley 🌿
Red Pepper Flakes 🌶️
Minced Garlic 🧄
Olive Oil 🫒
(till it sits slightly over parsley mixture )
Black Pepper
2tsp of salt🧂(start with 1 tsp, taste and adjust if necessary)
2tsp of white vinegar
Oregano 🌿
(Optional) finely diced red bell pepper
